Services. Flathead Builders provides Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Custom Home Building, Drywall Installation, Deck Building and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Flathead Builders reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Flathead Builders makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flathead Builders's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Flathead Builders in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Flathead Builders from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MT, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MT.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
